Turn on Peace.
Peace is at your disposal, but you must be willing to “turn it on.”
Escape from the television. Turn off the music. Shut-down your computer. Power-down your smart phone. Invite some silence into your life. Acknowledge the blessings that surround you. Allow yourself to feel joy by simply evoking the gratitude that is within you. Appreciate the power and ease of your breath. Take some time to envision your dreams as if they have already come to fruition. Do this for ten minutes or longer. When you have completed this task, take some notes about your experience. You may receive more insights than you had imagined.
The key to getting what you want is to begin to embrace what you have already acquired. Begin to list all of the good that is in your life. Then, consider what you would like to create. Allow this to infuse your imagination. Add this daily practice to your life for 30 consecutive days.
Success or sabotage? Success requires the discipline to know what you want and to take inventory of that which you have already achieved.
Is this going to be an incredible day? Sometimes, you need to simply stop what you are doing and allow the day to work for you.
