Expect to Receive.
There is a difference between trying and allowing. When we are in a restaurant, we place our order with the waiter in faith that we will receive the food that we specified. We do not sit in anxious doubt, worry and speculation about whether the food will actually arrive. We do not feel compelled to place the order again. We trust that it will arrive. We asked and we expect that we will receive (as specified). The same principle applies to our wishes and desires.
Our job is to be clear about what we want, ask for it, and allow it to arrive. I am not foolishly suggesting that we do not continue to do what is within our power to bring our desire to fruition; but, I am suggesting that we move to a place of expectancy. Rather than continuing to fixate on how or when it will arrive, we must direct our faith to the fact that it is already on the way. It will arrive in the means and at the time that is perfect for us and our circumstances. It is only in this state of allowing that we will enable many of our dreams to physically manifest.
Spend 15-20 minutes each day in meditation. Envision yourself in possession of that which you desire. Feel how good it is to have your wishes fulfilled. Bathe in the satisfaction.
Success or sabotage? Success shows up where it is easily received. If we remain in the question (or worry) of if/when it might arrive, we have essentially canceled the order.
Is this going to be an incredible day? When we are so certain that when we ask, it is given, our desires do not need to be accelerated because we know that they are already on the way. As a result, we are able to fully appreciate the gift of each day exactly as it shows up.
