Work your Mind.
Change your thinking, change your life. We have all heard it said before, time and time again, in many different ways, but do our actions exhibit any real evidence of our understanding? Despite our intellectual acceptance, most of us have a tendency live as if the mind is in control and that we are simply participants in the process.
This is your reminder: your mind works for you (if you allow it to do so). It is time to remember who should be serving who.
Stop and take a breath. What do you really want? What comes to mind? If nothing immediately shows up, what do you NO LONGER want? See! You DO know (at least in some capacity). Don’t judge it. Don’t try to control it. Surrender your ideas of impossibility and tribal logic and simply release it. Let it out. Invest in the fantasy. What would it feel like it that desire was already part of your current reality? Allow that feeling to infuse you with some much needed inspiration.
Success or sabotage? If you cannot allow yourself to dream large, you will never be rewarded with large achievements.
Is this going to be an incredible day? How do you picture the perfect day in your mind? Take that picture and bring it to life with your thoughts, words and actions.
