Examine your Actions.
We often awaken in a race against time, as if it is an adversary in a never-ending challenge. In the midst of the ticking hours, we may lose sight of what we are doing, the reason why we are doing it and how all of our actions are aligned (if at all) with our intentions.
Take some time today--RIGHT NOW--to stop and examine your actions. What is your intention for the day? How does this intention serve you and your life? Once you are clear about your intentions, what are the actions/behaviors that will best serve you in this capacity? If you don't know the "why?" you are going to negatively influence the "what." Why are you doing what you are doing?
As you evaluate your actions, don't lose sight of the intended results. For example, many will declare that they do not have time to work out. They may find themselves run-down, tired, angry, distracted and apathetic at work, but they don't have the time (or WON'T take the time) to work out. Yet, if they took just a little time out of their day to exercise, they might find themselves feeling better and accomplishing more--in the same amount of time! It is not a judgment about the choice; it is a matter of being clear about the choice that you are making!
Success or sabotage? It is not the time that needs to be managed, it is you. Successful people know that time serves them, no matter what the outcome.
Is this going to be an incredible day? Are you prepared to create a day that serves you?
