Define your Success.
What is your boldest aspiration? In your highest vision of your self, how are you living your life? I do not simply in mean in terms of what you are DOING (such Western thought!). Who are you BEING?
My father used to say, "if you don't know where you're going, you'll probably get there." I used to roll my eyes back into my head, sigh and wish he would keep his would-be wisdom to himself. There is truth in that statement, however. In order to succeed, you must have a definition of success. What is it for you? If you do not have goals and objectives, what are you doing every day?
For many, the big picture is overwhelming. If you are one of the "perfectionist variety," you will continue to put off any conclusions until you have sufficient information. You feel that you must be certain of the timing, the evidence, the preparation, etc. You will continue to entertain the possibilities without ever committing to a single direction. This is what I refer to as "thoughtful sabotage."
I invite you to define success for your self today. Do not be concerned with the success you desire for the long-term; think merely in terms of today. In the best case scenario of today, what would your day look like? What would be the ideal outcome? Now, what are three steps that you will implement to move you in the direction of those results? Who do you need to be in order to fulfill your vision?
Success or sabotage? Success is the result of conditioning; it is built one day at a time.
Is this going to be an incredible day? Is this part of your objectives?
