Walk in Gratitude.
Rise up in appreciation for all of the opportunities that the world has provided. Rather than simply focusing on what you wish to gain, think about all that you have been given. I invite you to walk in a spirit of gratitude and awareness in celebration of your own life and the lives of those around you.
Do not simply give thought to this concept; take it out into the streets. As you walk past someone, smile and say "hello." When you ask someone how they are doing, pay close attention to their answer, consciously caring about what they have to say. Perform some random acts of kindness in thanks for your life on this incredible planet. When you are in the midst of the routine of necessity, be mindful of every action, thankful that you have the ability, health, and opportunity to perform. When you clean your home, think of how blessed you are to occupy this space--look at all that you have to clean. When you shower, think of the gift of hot, running water. When you eat, think of all that have worked so hard to bring you this delicious food. Give thanks not only in your thoughts, but in your actions. You are supremely blessed.
Success or sabotage? Success easily escapes those who pay it no attention. There are many gifts on the journey toward your ultimate goal.
Is this going to be an incredible day? If you have to ask, you have missed the point of this exercise!
