Work your Mind.

Change your thinking, change your life. We have all heard it said repeatedly in many different ways, but do our actions exhibit any real evidence of our understanding? Despite our intellectual acceptance, most of us tend to live as if the mind is in control and that we are simply participants in the process.

This is your reminder: your mind works for you (if you allow it to do so). It is time to remember who should be serving whom.

Stop and take a breath. What do you really want? What comes to mind? If nothing immediately shows up, what do you NO LONGER want? See! You DO know (at least in some capacity). Don’t judge it. Don’t try to control it. Surrender your ideas of impossibility and tribal logic and simply release them. Let it out. Invest in the fantasy. What would it feel like if that desire was already part of your current reality? Allow that feeling to infuse you with some much-needed inspiration.

Success or sabotage? If you cannot dream large, you will never be rewarded with large achievements.

Is this going to be an incredible day? How do you picture the perfect day in your mind? Take that picture and bring it to life with your thoughts, words, and actions.
