Design your Life.
Many have an interest in this blog because of an interest in personal development. They wish to make effective, productive changes in their lives to achieve greater success (however that is individually defined). They may be hoping to enhance their skills and abilities, increase their confidence and self-esteem, overcome personal challenges and obstacles, build positive relationships and communication skills, find a sense of purpose, or improve their overall quality of life.
Despite good intentions and a plethora of available personal growth books, programs and materials, many (if not most) personal growth initiatives are largely ineffective and result in little long-term growth or change. This is true for a number of reasons:
Lack of commitment: Personal growth requires consistent effort and a willingness to change. Without a strong commitment, it is unlikely that a program will have a lasting impact.
One-size-fits-all approach: Personal growth is a highly individualized process and what works for one person may not work for another. A generic program may not address the specific needs and challenges of each participant.
No follow-up or accountability: Many personal growth programs do not have a system in place to monitor progress or provide accountability, which can lead to a lack of motivation and decreased results.
Unrealistic expectations: Some programs promise quick and easy results, but personal growth is a slow and often difficult process. Setting unrealistic expectations can lead to disappointment and feelings of failure.
Lack of customization: Many personal growth programs do not take into account an individual's unique strengths, weaknesses, and personal circumstances, which can result in a program that is not tailored to their needs.
It is for these reasons, that I approach my work with clients, holistically, taking into account every aspect of their lives to ensure that all is working together harmoniously to an intended, clearly defined end. Not every client is accepted. We must first determine whether your goals are achievable, how they will be measured and if my experience/expertise is the best suited for your needs.
If one is accepted as a client, the program is individually customized for that person and his/her/their goals. There is clear week to week accountability and a time-frame for completion is provided upon enrollment. It is a NuDesign for living.

Success or sabotage? In order to be successful, you must be able to define the success that you desire. It is a product of conditioning: aligning thoughts, words and actions with a clear, measurable vision.
Is this going to be an incredible day? It is trite, but true: this could be the first day of the rest of your life. The choice is yours!
