Notice your Criticisms.
One of the greatest forms of self-sabotage is the temptation to criticize. When you find yourself habitually criticizing the thoughts, words and actions of others, it is time to look within. What is it within you that you see reflected in those whom you are so quick to judge? Why is it that you are more passionate in your judgment of others than in your resolve to create something more effective in your own life?
If you are energized by feelings of insight and wisdom that others seem to be so clearly lacking, what is the best way to utilize them for the greater good? If you set yourself apart, you are destined for a life of solitude and inaction (in regards to advancing the consciousness of our race). What if you entertained your insight as a gift that you can use to be more effective in your life and, by example, to others?
Today, notice how often you criticize others (in your mind and in your speech). Are these insights applicable to your life? How can these observations assist you in living more effectively?
Success or sabotage? The role of the "couch critic" is tired and ineffective; use your gifts as a bridge to greater success for yourself and as an example to others of what is possible.
Is this going to be an incredible day? Make this day incredible for yourself and watch what a gift it can be for others.
