Cause your Effect.

The movement for world peace begins where you are now standing. It does not necessarily require picket signs, a march or a parade of chanting followers (even though those things are good too!). It simply requires a clear intention, mindful actions and the discipline to hold yourself accountable for your creative power. The laws of cause and effect are at work at this moment. You are a force, a compelling influence that produces reactions with every thought, word and action. The question you must ask yourself is what are the effects that I am causing? Am I anchored in love or fear? In truth, there are no other choices. Consider the power that would be unleashed if everyone consciously participated in this process.

As you move through the day, be conscious of your breath. The simple act of deep, clear breaths can work wonders in keeping you tenacious in your intentions. Observe your thoughts, words and actions. How often are you tempted by (or do you give into) negativity? If you truly account for your investment in things that do not serve you, you may be astounded. When you catch yourself engaged in ineffective thought patterns, negative words or actions, simply take a moment to reverse your behavior to a positive opposite. Notice how it makes you feel when you are conscious of your choices.

Success or sabotage? Are your thoughts, words and actions disciplined for success or are you sabotaging your own growth?

Is this going to be an incredible day? The effect begins with the cause--you are the co-creator of this day.
