Articulate your Desires.

Too often, we focus our attention on what we do NOT want. The universe operates only on “YES,” so we may believe that we are resisting something by continuing to denounce it, but, by doing so, we are actually granting it power and guaranteeing its continued presence in our life. If we wish to positively transform our lives, we must take responsibility for defining what we DO WANT instead.

When asked what we want, it is quite common for us to feel overwhelmed by the infinite art of the possible, surrendering to the idea that we simply do not know. This is one of the greatest lies that we use to evade 100% responsibility for the creation that is our life. If we know what we do not want, then (at some level) we must also know what we do want.

Consider all of the things that you can no longer tolerate (the aspects of your life that you no longer want). Make a list. Once your list is completed, review it. For each item, note what you would rather have instead (“if I don’t want this, what DO I want?”). This exercise will open your mind to greater clarity and put you on the path to a life of more conscious creation.

Success or sabotage? Success can only be achieved if it is clearly defined. There is little hope of creating the life that we desire if we do not take the time to define it.

Is this going to be an incredible day? Each day arrives free of form, awaiting our creation. Define the day that you desire and create it!
