Use your Uncertainty.

It is not unusual to awaken to a belief that we are stuck (that we simply cannot seem to effectively move in a direction that is to our satisfaction). In order to move beyond this often debilitating paralysis, we must first remember that feelings and truth are different. Just because we FEEL as if we are stuck, it does not mean that we are unable to move. It simply means that we are experiencing a temporary lack of clarity or feelings of fear that are inspiring some resistance.

Take a breath. Uncertainty is a normal part of the growth process. We can simply utilize it as an opportunity to revisit our desires. What is it that we wish to create? How are we going to evaluate our success in that regard? If it evokes additional uncertainty, the inclination is to conclude that we do not know (which is one of the biggest lies that we often perpetuate to continue living comfortably small). If we know what we do NOT want, then (at some level, however unconscious) we also know what we want. After all, if we do not know, who does?

Take out a piece of paper. Write down all of the things that you do NOT want. What is it that you can no longer tolerate? Once you have completed your list, go back. Start at the beginning and review each item. Ask yourself, “if I don’t want this, what do I want?” This will create a flow and an awareness that will awaken your “sleeping giant.” Be patient with yourself and allow your inspiration to unfold. What are three steps that you can (and will) take today that will move you a step closer to bringing your goal to fruition? You will realize that you were not stuck; you were simply lacking some much-needed clarity.

Success or sabotage? Your definition of success will change as your life, needs, and desires evolve. Therefore, it is imperative that you revisit and examine your goals to see if they still fit the life that you wish to create.

Is this going to be an incredible day? Every day is incredible when we take the time to remember our true nature. Possibility, power and potential is our life blood. We are called to utilize it.
