Few would argue that, in many ways, the world is in a very dark place right now. As we continue to do our best to endure the barrage of challenges that are fired our way on a daily basis, we must not forget that we are still surrounded by an unlimited supply of love, beauty and abundance. We are awarded with the incredible opportunity to deepen our connection to truth and to that which truly matters in this life: our love and service to one another.

What is the best thing about today? What do you love? Consider reaching out to a friend, relative or neighbor. Tell them how much you appreciate them. Ask if there is anything that you can do to make their day better. We can create a better reality if each of us is willing to commit to even small acts of kindness and service on a daily basis.

Success or sabotage? When we feel tempted by deep sadness, we must allow ourselves to feel it, knowing and affirming that the beauty of life and love will always conquer fear and hatred. Then, we take that commitment and translate it into action, creating greater success for ourselves and others.

Is this going to be an incredible day? Every day has a seed of great potential, if we allow our hearts to open to the gifts that reside on the other side of pain and fear.
