Live with Responsibility.

Consciousness has a price. Once we realize that the life that we have lived is a reflection of our thoughts, words, and actions, there is no going back. We are forever changed and responsible for applying that awakening to our day-to-day lives.

There are so many times that I mourn the person that I once was (“if only I would have known…”). I covet the luxury of victimization where I could freely blame other people and circumstances deemed beyond my control as the source of my trials and tribulations. No more. Now, I know that when I ignore the truth of my responsibility, I am inviting self-sabotage into my life.

What realizations have you had that you are not yet applying to your life? Ask yourself, “Why?” Is that working for you? If not, why wait another day? Examine your thoughts and how they are applied to your words and actions (both positively and negatively). What is no longer effective for you?

Success or sabotage? If we are clear about the laws of the universe and continue living absent of any personal responsibility for the outcomes, we are extending an invitation for some very uncomfortable reminders.

Is this going to be an incredible day? In its essence, can this day truly be anything else?
