Ask the Question.
There are days when I am astounded by the beauty, power and possibility that surrounds me—so much so, that I am unable to move. There are moments when I would rather spend my life as the observer, just another member of “the audience” watching to see what happens next. An audience is a necessity, isn’t it? If no one is watching, is there a point to this insanity? When I was young, I hoped that my role on this planet would be more significant (more obviously profound). Apparently, that was not in the cards.
Tomorrow might be the day when I have run out of things to say. Stay tuned! I feel that I have already said it all (more than once). And, who is really listening? I think that if I hear one more coach, motivational speaker or guru claim that they are going to reveal the “secret” to living well, I may scream. I WILL scream. Here’s the thing, my friends, the real secret is that there is none. There is no answer. There are MANY answers. The best that any of us can do is to live in the question, keep our eyes open and allow the answers to unfold. Every moment that we look outside of ourselves for the truth is another day that we stand apart from true wisdom.
Look within today. I mean, really look within. What do you see? What is the question that you were born to answer? I cannot tell you. You will not find it in my blog, but you may find nuggets of wisdom that help you clear your own path. As they say, “go within or go without.”
Success or sabotage? Success is ultimately defined by your heart. The same place that inspires the question also holds the answer.
Is this going to be an incredible day? Envision the possibilities of this day for you. Within this vision, how will you fit beautifully and perfectly within the frame?
