Move beyond Mistakes.

The concept of mistake is a Puritanical concept that serves no one. It is a means of self-sabotage and paralyzing judgment that we must be willing to move beyond if we are going to grow. There is an order to imperfection that is simply tuition in the school of life if you choose to utilize its wisdom. The worst thing that can happen with an ineffective choice is that you realize that you could have been more effective had you made a different choice. You may not have realized this had you not experienced the result that you caused. Experiential understanding will infuse you with wisdom for the future if you choose to allow it. Take responsibility for your choices and the effects that you have caused and make informed decisions for the future that are more aligned with your intention.

Notice your thoughts and words today. How often is your commentary (silent and aloud) critical of your choices and actions? How much energy are you investing in regret and self-deprecation? When you catch yourself, take a moment to search for the learning. How can this experience or thought provide you with greater wisdom?

Success or sabotage? If you are serious about success, there is no time for regret. Take responsibility and make more informed choices going forward.

Is this going to be an incredible day? How will you choose to make it so?
