There is an endless song playing in every American household and the chorus repeats, "if I only had more time."  Well, you don't. The challenge is not simply about having more time; it is about the way you choose to spend your time. Yes, CHOOSE to spend your time. You may be deluding yourself into believing that you are simply a victim of a busy society, doing what you need to do to survive. The truth is that your survival plans and actions are filled with choices.

Today is about being conscious of your time. How are you investing your time? Are you investing in places where you will get a favorable return? Are you unconsciously making unhealthy or foolish investments of time?  What is it that you would like to do IF YOU ONLY HAD MORE TIME? What can you do, beginning today, to make it happen?

Take the time to check in with yourself every hour today. Try this for six hours. What is your return on your investment? How might you invest your time more effectively?

 Success or sabotage? Are you creating or sacrificing the life that you wish to create?
