Engage the Laughter.

Lighten up! Sometimes we are simply too serious about our lives. It is easy to get caught up in the dramas that surround us and to forget the joy that results from a good belly laugh. Studies have proven that when we laugh we lower our blood pressure, reduce stress, increase the oxygen level in our blood and the endorphin activity in our body. Laughter promotes relaxation, reduces stress and increases our sense of well-being.

Today, notice the absurdity of human nature. Get lost in your laughter. Ask those around you if they know a good joke. Share that joke with another. Challenge your friends and colleagues to see who can come up with the best joke. What evokes the most laughter? What is your favorite comedic film? When is the last time that you watched it?

Success or sabotage? Success has no value if you cannot take the time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. If you aren't having fun, are you really successful?

Is this going to be an incredible day? Surrender to the full joy of the unexpected. What are the miracles that surround you today?
