Shift your Focus.

All that you desire is based on your perception of a feeling (how you will feel when you have that which you want). Most of us spend a great deal of our lives awaiting the arrival of those heartfelt desires, so that we may finally unleash the joy that will accompany its arrival.

One of the most misunderstood concepts of attraction is that you must want what you have to get what you want. When you are feeling complete satisfaction, with a fullness of gratitude for all that you have been gifted, you are in the place of greatest receptivity. When your desire is anchored in need, you are focused on lack (on that which you do NOT have). This will increase your feelings of dissatisfaction and impede your inspiration, motivation and creative inspiration. You may find yourself feeling stuck.

It may be time to shift your focus. Without surrendering your desires, revel in the satisfaction of what you have already created. Discipline yourself to take some time each day to acknowledge that which you love. It is time to (literally) count your blessings. Take out a piece of paper and begin to write all of the things, people, places, etc that you love in your life. Allow your heart to open. Feel the gratitude welling within you. Do this for 21 (or more) consecutive days and note the positive effect that it has on your life.

Success or sabotage? In order to create greater success, you must effectively acknowledge the success that you have already created. If you are continually focused on what has not yet arrived, you risk missing it when it shows up!

Is this going to be an incredible day? Each day arrives with an abundance of gifts and opportunities, should you choose to accept them.
