Exercise some Love.
We have more in common than you might initially think. Early in our lives, part of our identity is created in comparison. We often develop a cynical eye and define our sense of self, values and choices on our critical observation of those around us. This can be ineffective, however, when it begins to become a line of demarcation that separates us from one another. As humans, we are more alike than we are different. Think of how loving the world would be if we all remembered that in every thought, word and action.
Who pushes your buttons? Who is it that irritates you? Who do you hate to see coming? Take some time today to think in terms of what you share with those around you (especially those who disturb you). How would your life be different if you exercised love in every word and action today? Are you willing to give it a try?
Success or sabotage? Success is a muscle that requires flexing; are you willing to step into the discomfort of the unusual to invite it into your life?
Is this going to be an incredible day? Invite others into your world and watch how incredible the day becomes!
