Celebrate your Victory.

If you find yourself in a "dark place" in your life, hold on. The darkest moments are truly always just before the dawn. If you are able to look at your life in retrospect, you are reminded that your life has served you well even in the most challenging moments.  This is not an attempt to diminish the very real and painful emotions that accompany difficult periods of your life; it is simply an invitation to keep your attention on the truth. This, too, shall pass and serve you in a positive way if you will allow it to do so.

Take some time today to celebrate your victory over adversity. Remember all that you have been through and acknowledge the fact that you are still whole and functioning in your life (when the alternative could have easily been the case).  Remember the qualities that kept you strong and enabled you to overcome the challenges, knowing that they are still within you. Know that you will always win because of who you are--a champion. Your own life experience has proven it! You are the hero in your own story. What does the hero do next?

Success or sabotage?  Success is accelerated by those who continue to condition themselves for success by learning the lessons of their life. What is the lesson that you are currently learning?

Is this going to be an incredible day?  What might you do to make this day one of your additional steps to greatness?
