Every circumstance is an opportunity--no matter how irritating it may be!  You can either choose to see the world as a dark, merciless struggle or as a magical, challenging journey.  It is only in the midst of the challenge and the victory that you feel truly alive (heart beating faster, rapid breaths).  There is "life" and there is "existence;" be mindful of the nature of your experience. This is not just another day. It is the only day of its kind. This day will NEVER come again.
