Exercise your Courage.

Courage is a muscle that you have exercised, but may not have acknowledged. Turn the clock back; the end of a year is a good time for reflection, isn't it? What are your three greatest accomplishments/achievements? When you think about that time, what were the challenges and obstacles that seemed to be designed to limit your success? How did you overcome them?  There was a moment when you made the decision to move forward despite the belief or possibility that you might fail. You may not have felt that you had a choice, but you did. You stepped into the darkness and were able to find the light. It was courage in action. That same muscle has strengthened as a result of your previous actions. Your courage is stronger now than it was before.

How are you holding yourself back? How are you allowing your fear or the insecurity of others to limit your power, possibility and potential? How will you use your courage today to overcome challenges and obstacles?

Success or sabotage? You answer this question every day with your thoughts, words and actions.

Is this going to be an incredible day? Have the courage to make it so!
