Live with Intention.

Where is your anchor? Are your actions indicative of your intentions? Too often, we become overly invested in what we categorize as the tasks of living at the expense of our deepest desires. In truth, this is simply an illusion of living perpetuated by fear. If you are not living a life of pure bliss or on conscious path to it, you are EXISTING, not LIVING. The moment that you lose sight of your goal, you are feeding the forces of self-sabotage and are bound to end up in a breeding ground for anger, hurt, depression and victimization. Absent of clear intention, one is unconsciously swept up in a vortex of uncertainty. Your time may be filled and your activity may be frantic. The question is, do your actions fulfill your intentions? Are you consciously and strategically working toward an end or are you simply working?

Today, take a moment to pay attention to your thoughts and activities for the day. Where are they focused? Are you putting your intentions on hold by convincing your self that they must wait until you have removed some of the other work from your plate? If so, how long do you plan to live the big lie? This is not "other work." This is YOUR LIFE.

Success or sabotage? Are you cheating the world out of your gifts, talents and contributions by putting comfort above responsibility?

Is this going to be an incredible day? Do you have clear intentions for today?
