Place your Order.

Be careful of what you ask because you will always receive it. The real question is, "for what are you asking?"  Often our lives are a response to an unconscious question.

If you are feeling confused or overwhelmed about what you want in your life, begin by listing those things that you DON'T WANT.  We are all quite skilled in this process (often it is our "shtick" in social situations; the "whine" of the day). Once you have listed ten things that you do not want in your life, review your list. For each item, list the opposite--"if I don't want this, what do I want?"  This will provide you with a foundation--a place to begin to ask for what you want.

Using the process above for today, what do you want from this day? How will you know that you have succeeded? What can you do to make it happen?

Success or sabotage?  You will only be served in a restaurant once you have placed your order. If you want the pork tenderloin, order the pork tenderloin (you will have a better chance of getting it). Is life any different?

Is this going to be an incredible day?  It is your decision, isn't it?
