You may either wait for your life to begin or you may begin your life.  Existing is a gift; living is a choice. Take a moment today and review your life as if it was a four-act play. How would you summarize each act for your character? How is your character described? Which act are you in now? What happens in the last act? Is it a happy ending?

Do you find yourself hesitating to complete this exercise? Do you experience a physical reaction when you consider summarizing a part of your life in a sentence? If your "play" is not unfolding in the way that you desire, how would you rewrite it (without modifying any of the action up to this point)? Are there any characters that you would like to eliminate as the play moves forward?
