Make conscious Choices.

You are never without a choice. Every part of your day, every hour, every minute is filled with choices.  We are simply not always conscious of the choices that we are making.  Since your life is a product of your choices and you hold the power to choose, why not be clear about the choices that you're making?

It is easy to get caught up in the "why didn't I choose differently?" conversation.  Many times it is a valuable opportunity for growth.  You might wish to be cautious, however, about how you are utilizing the information (your discoveries). If you are using the information so that you will make more effective choices in the future, that is GREAT!  If you are using it to validate a story of unworthiness that you have about yourself, this is simply another form of self-sabotage.

Where do you find yourself feeling captive? What are you thinking, saying or doing that is keeping you captive? How might you choose more effectively BEGINNING TODAY?

Success or sabotage?  You are the only person, place or thing that is holding you back. If you are attributing it to other factors or circumstances, reexamine your thought patterns and be open to the truth.

Is this going to be an incredible day?  How can you free yourself to make room for greater possibility and potential today?
