Learn from Experience.

Hindsight is always 20/20. One can always see the value of experiences and the power of choice when looking back. The challenge is the ability to utilize those experiences in making more effective choices in the future.  Every experience is a learning experience if you open your eyes to the lesson.

Think about the most critical or challenging moment of last year. What was the learning of the experience? If you have not fully processed it yet, what might the learning be? How has this painful, difficult experience added value to your life? Sometimes the value is hidden in the results; if the results are not as you desired, you have probably learned not to repeat the cause.

How does this translate to today? What challenge are you facing today? Is this a challenge that you have faced before? What can you learn from your personal past that can assist you in making a more effective decision?

Success or sabotage? Success is the result of effective learning; are you conscious of the relationship between "cause" and "effect" in your life?

Is this going to be an incredible day? What choices will you make to see that it is so?
