Seize the Moment.

Once you make a decision, moving into that dark place where you know not what to expect, you are filled with an energy that propels you forward.  Courage is not something people have; it is something people choose.

Are you boldly living your life or quietly existing under the radar?  Does it really serve the world for you to live small?  You are one of a kind--a gift to the world that NEEDS to be shared. To withhold your truth from the world is the most selfish of all acts.  It is an expense that you and the world cannot afford.

What is your mission/purpose in the world?  Write a single sentence that summarizes your mission in the world as you see it today.  Don't worry about it being "right," "perfect" or "good."  Your life changes and so can your mission. You may revisit it at any time.  It does not have to be grandiose or even newsworthy, but it needs to come from the heart and to be true.  If you find this request difficult, think in terms of who you want to be...for yourself and for others.

Don't put this off. You are living a choice every day. Why not be conscious of the choice that you're making?

Success or sabotage?  You are designed for success; make room for its arrival.

Is this going to be an incredible day?  Seize the moment! Seize the day!
