Exercise love Today.

It is easy for us to equate love as simply a feeling--something that happens to us (a result). Many have adopted the cinematic view of love as something that happens when you are struck by Cupid's arrow. Without negating this possibility, it seems that this infantile view of love leaves one with little possibility for multiple experiences. If you do not hold onto that arrow when it strikes, LOOKOUT!

The truth is that love is available at every moment. Every minute is an opportunity to choose love in your actions, interactions and being.  It is only when we are able to do this that we open our selves up to the possibility of a love so soulful that it can transport the nature of the entire planet. Idealistic? Perhaps, it is a little too "flower-child" for your taste. Ask your self, however, if it is true. If you were to exercise love in every action today, what would be the result?

As you walk through your day, practice thinking "love" in every interaction. Allow your self to feel your heart warm up. How does it affect your mood? Do you notice any shifts in the moods/reactions of others?

Success or sabotage? Choose to practice love and success will surely follow.

Is this going to be an incredible day? What choices do you need to make to create the best day of your life to date?
