Remember the Truth.

When you catch yourself thinking or speaking about how another has taken advantage of you, remember the truth. When you feel the pain and suffering of abuse, remember the truth. When you find yourself paralyzed with no place to go, remember the truth. The truth is that your choices dictate your life experience. You are responsible for your life, so you may wish to be conscious of the choices that you are making. Are your choices aligned with your intentions? Are the results of your actions (the effect that you cause) indicative of the life that you wish to create?

Be mindful not to get caught up in the validation of your emotion or actions. We can waste our lives today in the "why discussion," but it does little to move us forward. There are people who are abusive. Pain and suffering is real. Feelings of paralysis are understandable. Do not allow the defense or your emotions or life experience to become an obstacle to your success. Use the opportunity to gain greater wisdom. Use the pain and discomfort as fuel for greater clarity. Ask yourself how you can utilize your experience for the greater good.

Success or sabotage?  Success has no room for victims. Every experience is rich with opportunity. What is the opportunity for you?

Is this going to be an incredible day?  Get up and make it so!
