Act with Kindness.

Kindness is not simply a response to that which you receive. It is an action of the highest intention. A wise man/woman knows that we are all connected (and essentially one). What we give, we also receive.

Aside from the obvious morality of kindness, it has a number of tangible merits. When you allow the kindness within you to rule, you simply feel better. The energy that you create becomes magnetic; you literally attract positive circumstances, people and opportunities into your life.  Your ideas of success expand as you begin to feed and contribute to the success of those around you.

Today, I invite you to "the high watch." Notice your thoughts, words and actions as they relate to other people and to your self.  When you notice criticism, negativity or judgment crossing your mind or your lips, immediately replace it with something positive and affirming. Make a conscious effort (trust me, if you're like most of us, it will take one!) to notice the good in others and to express your observations to others.

Success or sabotage? If you make kindness your mission, success will be your result.

Is this going to be an incredible day? Those who are wise know that the answer is always the same.
