Create More Peace.

There are days when I long for disconnection. I am not particularly moved to smile at strangers on the street, engage the grocery store clerk in pleasantries, or to allow the car on the on-ramp to merge in front of me. It is at these moments that I must remind myself that every moment is an opportunity for peace. I may not be able to exercise the visible power to bring the troops home from the Middle East, end the conflict in Syria or convince ISIS to end terror tactics. I can, however, create more peace in my community by remaining conscious of my words and actions on a daily basis.

Success is not created in a vacuum.  Often, we forget that we are all connected and our behaviors affect one another. Our daily actions influence our friends, family, community, and the world. It seems rather idealistic but consider it.  If everyone remained conscious of his/her personal relationship to cause and effect, peace would be created daily.

I invite you to accelerate your consciousness today. Be aware of your thoughts, words, and actions and what you are creating in your world today. How are you influencing those around you?

Success or sabotage? The beauty of success is that it does not require one to win at the other's expense; we may all share in the successes that we create for one another.

Is this going to be an incredible day?  If you make the effort to make this day great for another, the possibility will exceed your own expectations.
