Embrace the Lessons.

Every circumstance has an inherent purpose, even if your awareness is not awakened at the time. Life's most valuable lessons are often embedded in the foundation of the most seemingly random experiences. It is only in looking backward that one is able to see the complete perfection of circumstance as it relates to the necessary lessons of our lives. If one is able to embrace this concept, however, it provides a comforting reminder that as challenging as one's life may be, it will result in a greater good.

Take a moment to remember one of the most difficult experiences of your past. How did this period in your life better inform you for your future? What were the gifts of the experience? How would your life be different if you had skipped this chapter of your life? How does this approach make you more effective right now?

Success or sabotage? Success is a process with many lessons, challenges, and victories.

Is this going to be an incredible day? How can the pain of your past provide you with greater clarity to live more effectively today?
